Its ***. apart from the rude and ****** caretaker that doesn't care about the tenants, the electricity is unreasonably high, the geysers bursts are countless, the caretaker's wife is rude AF, even swears at the tenants, there place is forever dirty, it has roaches, there's always something that's not working or broken and the caretaker ignores you when you tell him about it. water bill is always high due to pipe burst, the bin is always disgustingly full. there's honestly nothing good about Candlewood crescent
