Broken windows not fixed for 7 months

Ihs won't fix major damages that you find on the property eg broken windows. They will tell you that it is too costly. You will be sent from pillar to post and be told that Rebecca the lady in account will not approve repairs at the time apparently the cost to repair is R 3000.00 and you pay almost R 7 000.00 per month and you have been in the property for 7 months.
