BAD TENANT EXIT SERVICE

I've paid my rent on time consistently. I sent a months notice to vacate their flats end of February. However, I was debit rent for march. Sent emails, called their offices everythis is a drag. Inspection has been done yet still i have to follow up.

Now that i advised to take futher action i recieve this email. Dear Zama, Thank you for your email. Please kindly be advised that the deposit refunds process takes about 14-21 days after completion of the exit inspection. (no one communicated this after inspection)

NO SENSE OF URGENCY NO EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION NO RESPECT AND APPRECIATION OF THEIR CLIENTS
