Bad Service

They deserve 0 starts. I viewed a lovely unit at their complex. After making all deposits and paying rent in full, I find out I am given a different unit. which on arrival was in a very bad condition, a lot of maintenance needed to be done on it. 95% of that maintenance have not been done even today. I have been living at their complex for two months now. besides the fact that my bathroom door doesn't close, I still don't have a proper working shower, where does one bath? There are many other maintenance issues they promised to attend to, which have not been attended to even today. They don't seem like they will ever maintain anything in my unit. I would never recommend anyone to IHS property management, they have horrific service. Be warned
