Bad Service and no Sense of urgency

They have the worst service, they have no sense of urgency. they changed me for something that they replaced when i was living there. they replaced the shower arm and head in August and i moved out in October. when i asked them to remove the charge they took forever not forgetting the attitude and bad communication i received from one of their refund consultants bu the name of Candice. They really do not care about anyone but themselves and dont care about the client .
