Bad poor service

I recently stayed at the block one of ihs properties.I am disgusted by them they charge me 4'2k for damages they claim but i left the place spotless i painted and even fixed tgere rusted gate ,they charging me for things that needed replacing before i occupied the space i have complained but they never fixed it and now its part of the my exepnses i am very upset i want my full deposit back
