Bad company

Good day. IHS property management may be one of the worst places to rent from. We paid R1500 less on our rent for Feb month and made an arrangement to pay the rest end of feb. 3 weeks ago they cut off our electricity because of this. The electricity went off on that tuesday afternoon at 16.45 and the following morning came back on only at 11 am. So we spend the whole night without anyone worrying or trying to see in our point or arrangement. Last week tuesday the same happened. Atleast we have a very good and decent building manager and he made a few calls and hours later the electricity was back on. Today 15tb of feb they cut the electricity again at 6.50 am. And said no payment no electricity. We made a payment at 13.15pm the same day,but head office was so spiteful they only put on the electricity at 15.16pm. They are rude at the headoffice and do not at all work according to arrangements. I have 2 kids in the house. My hubby has to work and the 1 child goes to school. And we have to eat but no one cares.
