Bad Attitude from Property Manager

I am renting at an estate in Kempton park, under IHS management, I know beggars cannot be choosers "YES" I am a tenant for goodness I don't live for free but pay rent. My problem is with the property manager on side treating us like *******, very rude whenever you talk to HIM, he doesn't take time to listen to your concern or complain just plainly dismisses you. We have a braai area, when one had a party for kids, or just get together with your friends they refuse access to toilets that are in the braai area, yet they tell you to take responsibility of your visitors fair enough but you can have visitors there and expect them to walk back to unit to pee or number 2. all we ask is access to properties that we thought we had access to when agreeing to sign leases. Can someone tell SHAUN at Terenure estate to please NOT be rude to us as though we are renting FREE. Thanks
