Bad Attitude

<p>I paid my rent on time as I always do every other month. However I recieved a letter from IHS property advising that I am owing. Firstly their letter is addressed to me having an incorrect surname and the tone of the letter is rude and aggressive . They did not even investigate if wether I paid rent or not or even call me for that matter to find out if wether I have paid or not .<br />i have never missed my rent besides the fact that this month thy included An extra R73.80 for water .<br />I always pay my rent on time as I get time on weekend to run all my errands. They always send their letters late and give you 3 days to pay the rent such Incompetence and Inconvenience. I pay my rent when I get chance Coz I am always busy and also the previous months there was no extra charges like every other month when I pay my rent in time except for this month.<br />The letter does not even say that "if you have made payment ignore the letter". It's just threats and ****** ugly tones. Even the consultant I spoke to she has a dirty attitude and has no respect .they should have said I owe R73.80 not R 3973.80 what a Bunch of *********** and unprofessionals I am highly dissapointd. The rude person that I spoke to is Onicca Malapela. ****** rude</p>
