Bad Agency

This company needs to be put out there that the whole world knows how they treat their tenants. What a horrific experience I received from the refund department (Candice)... It is easy for them to take your deposit and promise you that the money would be kept on an investment account. The day you move, and the place is in good condition. they now fight very hard to keep your deposit back. And on top they give you a R100 interest over a period of 2 years that you have stayed in the premises. ***. THIS IS THE 1ST RENTAL AGENT I CAME ACROSS THAT DOESNT KNOW THAT YOUR DEPOSIT WAS MEANT TO LAY IN AN INVESTMENT ACCOUNT & THAT YOU ARE BY LAW ENTITLED TO THE INTEREST YOUR DEPOSIT HAD ACRUED DURING YOUR TENANCY.
