Avoid IHS PROPERTY MANAGEMENTS

Received a fine after having clothing on a stand in the sun on my balcony. As per contract, I should receive a warning first and have the opportunity to present my case to the body corporate.

After paying a lawyer, we found that at the time of moving into the apartment in 2018, IHS gave me a old contract, pre 2017 amendmends. I did not get a chance to present my case to any body corporate. I received no warnings.

What unprofessional business are these people running. No one wants to answer or take the blame. There name is already below par within the area.
