Apartment move hell

IHS property fixtures in the apartment I stayed for a year without missing rent where of an inferior quality. The toilet, the doors and the plugs will break and when I left they used my deposit to up keep these failures at expensive rates NOT ONLY THAT but they continued to charged me rent 2 months after I communicated my move and claim they didn't receive even when I have email proof (attached)

To avoid this dismal experience, dont move in to a building by IHS Property Management

Here is how that happened to me

On the 30 September 2020 I send an email (as attached )notifying IHS property that I'm moving out of their premises Ekhaya Estate. as the picture below. the move was acknowledged.

I was then requested to also fill in their online form which was asking for reasons for the move. I did so. however they still debited rent from my account forcing me to lose time in the bank reversing their charge almost missing payment for my new place.

They acknowledge this then they requested I send a cancellation email. However on the the 13 November after moving out they called me saying that I haven't payed rent and they will be affecting my credit score. I phoned them surprised and told them I have moved after giving notice and I should be receiving my deposit from them not charges for rent. they responded by asking me to resend my email of noticed. I did. then then respond as attached by saying that they have already charged me because they didst receive notice.

as it stands they say owe them rent after moving and they have given no indication to pay my deposit
