Angry customer

I am very disgusted with this company I moved out last month and they don't want to refund me my deposit.. They are actually charging me for the things I found like that and also for the whole unit to be painted for the new tenant moving in. The day I moved in the stove was not working oven not working blockage of the basin.. Windows not closing I mean those things were supposed to fixed before I moved in. And the builder Manager was so rude and did not know how to speak to people. When I moved this agent came with a piece of paper to do a move inspection and said she will send me a proper inspection but did not it was send to me the following when I moved out together with my move out inspection. This treatment is not fair really. I am not giving up though
