Dont ever stay at any of the complexes in bergbron under ihs unless you looking for trouble and issues for your entire stay

The security guards harass your visitors Control the number of visitors you can get Harass you about your kids not being alowed to play outside so basically kids must be prisoners in their own homes, they cannot even ride thier bikes and the playgrounds are always locked lockdown or not. If you have a family dont stay here.

If you value your health dont live here ,there is poor ventilation hence mould growing in every corner of the unit.

Tenants complain about rodents actual rats in their units and advance does nothing as he is scared himself.
