Received a letter of demand for rent owed for a property I vacated over 3 years ago and received my deposit in full.

IHS have never sent an invoice, statement or any form of communication for these apparent fees. When I called them to clarify the situation they claim to have had system issues but refuse to recant the email in right after threatening to have me blacklisted.
