10 months later, rental deposit not paid

It has been 10 months since I vacated Stanley Park in Oakdene, which is managed by IHS property management but they have not paid back my deposit. I was initially told that repair charges exceeded and I owed IHS R5000, which I disputed and it took them 4 months to respond with a new statement stating they owed me R 3000. I disputed the remaining charges and they have not responded in 5 months. They just blue ticked me.
