<p>I was born on 1949-08-27 i had a debt with Capitec which they handed over to Ihobe, After my retirement in 2009 I was paying Ihobe for a Capitec account by cash deposit, then on 2012 I decided to do debit order of R500 monthly, so last year I called Ihobe to check my debt balance they told me they can't trace it as they have handed the account back to Capitec bank, I went to Capitec to enquire they did not know what Ihobe was saying as they don't have those records. Early this year I called Ihobe again as the debit order was continuing to deduct money from my bank in March I went to Stop the Debit Order. I would like hellopeter to investigate for me, so that Ihobe will pay me back all the moneys due to me as they say that account is no longer with them yet they kept on deducting. Now Capitec is unable to give me the settlement letter as they say the account is still with Ihobe.</p>
