Disappointed in Ihire Port Alfred

I'm always impressed with the service at the Port Alfred branch but was very disappointed in these trying times when I was charged for another full days hire for a carpet cleaning machine when I delivered it 2 hours late. When I asked if I could pay for just a half day extra the person serving said the system does not allow for that.. I also mentioned to him that I noticed that the dirty reservoir tank had a small hole in it that caused it to leak into the clean water tank. I inadvertently used this water to 'clean' my carpets, as I only noticed the hole at the end of the process. So, by rights I feel I should've been refunded, and not charged for another full day. I am disappointed...
