unable to provide a closing statement

<p>We have sold a property in a Gauteng complex managed by IHFM (Pty) Ltd (www.ihfm.co.za) and transfer went through on 19 Feb 2016. Since then we have been asking, begging and threatening for a reconciled closing statement but without success.</p> <p>We have copied the General Manager Mr Michael Bauer on several e-mails. We have sent multiple copies of proof from the transfer attorneys, previous emails, etc. to several IHFM reps asking for it. On 8 July we received figures from Lee Wade that we believe was incorrect. On 14 July we attached our detailed reconciliation showing all debits and credits from 1 Jan 2016, indicating that we are owed almost R1500. In spite of several email and phone call reminders, we are still awaiting a reconciled closing statement. The matter has now been passed to Elaine.</p> <p>Can it take a professional property management company this long to do a correct closing statement?</p>
