Do not use IHFM property managers .<br> <br> I have been waiting 6 months for our AGM minutes to be sent. <br> Owners were not given a decent notification of the special levies kicking in despite the trustees insisting that a timely notification is required. <br> There are several points raised regarding the financials in the AGM that have not been addressed.<br> I have sent 12 emails and called twice and still haven't received a copy of the contract with the agents and our building. <br> The attitude of the agent is unacceptable.
