4 months, accounts still wrong

IHFM (Pty) Ltd was appointed managing agent of the Camelot Body Corporate (Windsor West) from 1 March 2015. To date our statements are still wrong. Just received a ledger printout dated to 31 May 2017 stating I owe nearly R2,000. What utter *******!
