Iherb -poor service

Poor service. Requested by CUSTOMS (South africa) for certain information pertaining to a cream I ordered from Iherb prior to releasing the product -all that is required is that they complete a section of the application form regarding information about the company?

I have sent several emails requesting assisting assistance with no avail. Poor service -failure to assist -unable to speak to anyone -no contact number. It now appears their email account has been changed.
