No Contact Support to get hold of Certificate

I have registered for a project management course through IGrow and completed course in Sept 2015 (before they updated their website to where you can now apparently just download your certificate). In Sept after I completed my course I had to fill in a online form to request certificate which I have done numerous times, I have also send many emails requesting certificate but all emails are returned due to failed delivery (this is to the email addresses which they advertise) There is no working contact number to get hold of these people. It feels like I have wasted time and money with this course. Highly disappointed.
