Certificate Feedback

I have done a course in Project Management through Igrow-academy complete the course write the final exam & pass download the certificate but it looks **** I want the original on the site is a option to request the original certificate but you need to make a payment first I just need more info regarding the payment but no response per email or telephonic calls no not working.<br> I have sent mails to the certificate request and support team since 14-04-2016 no response or any feedback since today I need a answer & explanation regarding this Bad service to customers & students who is doing a course with this academy .<br> Your urgent response in this matter would be appreciated thanks.
