I also had a similar situation. We placed an order on 11 January 2023 and paid the full amount for my order on 12 January, only to find out afterwards that there wasn't any stock of a certain product and that they are waiting for stock (back order). I followed up on 20 January 2023, they were still waiting for stock. On 2 February, i phoned in and spoke to William. The product was still on back order and we accepted to wait 20-25 days for the product to be delivered and then our complete order will be delivered. On 23 February I followed up again. My emails that I send to their email address namely: *** where I placed the order and was active at that time was now returned by the server. On my effort to phone, more dissapointment as their phone line is disconnected (Cell: *** | WhatsApp Line: *** Tel: ***). Their website is until currently not approachable. All my efforts to get hold of them is failing.

Don't be misled. Such ********* can change their numbers easily.
