Disappointing service

Recently booked a Thai island hopping trip with iGO travel. The agent tried many times to get our booking right. What we were promised and what was received were not the same. This company also does not know the hotels and suppliers they use very well. Itinerary changes are not clearly communicated causing unnecessary stress which one does not need when travelling overseas. A refund due to us upon return took almost 5 months to happen and that too, only because of our constant follow up.
