PRO BUNDLE R139??????

There has been 2 transactions on 1 August and 1 September of R139 from my cheque account. I contacted Ignition telecom systems 12 September and spoke to Nosipho Ref 75506. No one came back to me to explain the transactions. I phoned again today. Mduni took message and said Nosipho will contact me. Still no one came back to me. What must I do to get attention.. in the mean time money is taken out of my cheque account !!! BAD SERVICE!!!
