Suspected *****

My bank account has been debited for years by this group, they seem to trade under many names sometimes it's called Hotspotter and sometimes Phonebox and I suspect also Extreme Lifestyle, have contacted them via email, I got a reply with a ticket number and saying they are attending to it. I asked them to provide proof whereby I authorized the deductions. I feel that they get ones banking details from cell phone service providers fortunately I cancelled that contract!

Please people out there, check your debit orders and something called 'debicheck' on your banking app and take action.
