PATHETIC ETHICS & UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT

Absolutely Disgusted by Vodacom cancelation department. I've been trying to cancel my contracts since February!!! I have even spoken to Manager by the name of Akshay from ignition group department and haven't recieved communication since then. I eventually had to call again myself from Netherlands(4 months later). I was assisted by a guy who explained and assisted me then and there however still was not impressed as while he was assisting me people screaming in the back ground " GO ON READY!!!!CALLS IN THE QUE!!!" ... Pathetic customer service !unprofessional! management should not be management if they speak to staff in that manner.
