Horrible experience

Horrible experience with a company they called mobiles plus. They refusing to assist and firstly told me it will take 30 days to replace a brand new phone that was 3 days old. Now they have increased the turn around time to 60 days because I complained. Contract is with MTN and they refused to assist or do anything regarding the phone because the 3rd party need to assist. So they are just as useless. No support for a phone that came broken out the box. Honestly I regret ever upgrade after 4 years with them. No process and they are just copy pasting on email. No support nothing. Just dragging out the process so they can charge me more money. Horrible...!!
