False sales

These people contacted me and sold me a package yet delivered something incorrectly I tried numerous times to get the manager seline to contact me and rectify this but they refuse to assist I have no other option but to put this on hello peter so i can get proper assistance I have emails proving how frustrating it is to deal with this company and managers advising they are unable to contact me or assist
