Defamation of character

Was dismissed at Ignition in December 2023 but as per their termination report, I was dismissed in August 2024 under a campaign I've never worked in which they claim i was terminated due to *****ulent reasons. None of it is true as this is a defamation of character since they used my personal details such as my ID number and more to place me in a campaign after my termination so they can use my name to fill their head count and launder money. Communicated with them to fix this issue and clear my name but they either can't or refuse to do it and this has been ongoing since last year. I cant get a job due to this and I'm tired of chasing them at this point as they keep telling me that it's been fixed but refuse to show me the proof.
