Unregistered Vehicle

November 2014 we delivered our vehicle to IGN AUTO and took delivery of the new vehicle. March 2015 we started receiving fines and pictures of our vehicle used on the freeways during the month of December, as the vehicle was still registered in our name. When this was querried with Ign Auto, we were informed that this is not true. We then requested proof that the vehicle was sold in November. Ign Auto then send us the relevant paperwork, only to find that the vehicle was only registered in the new owners name at the end of Jan 2015. For 2 months Ignition Auto was driving the vehicle whilst still registered in our name, accumalating fines and who knows what else. On a regular basis myself and my wife e-mailed various employees at ignition Auto only to be ignored. My wife has now paid said fines to prevent herself from being prosecuted. The only person that tried to assist in any way was Jaco who does the finance at Ign Auto & i feel for him.
