We were in the process of purchasing a BMW M6 from Ignition Auto in Randburg. We were still busy finalizing the finance for the vehicle which admittedly took a bit long. My husband and I went through to them today after trying without success to get hold of Darren or Jacques (Jaco) with regard to finance as we had to deliver bank statements. When we got there today 24.03.2015 we were looking for the vehicle but couldn't find it, just to be told by some gentlemen who works there that the car was sold on Saturday 21.03.2015 to a cash buyer. They did this without contacting us to inform us of the potential buyer, we only found this out when we got there. They were absolute rude and arrogant with regard to this and had no remorse whatsoever dealing with us in this harsh manner! I have never come across more ********* people in my life and I am HIGHLY disgusted.
