Car Registration

I am not happy with this car dealership at all, I bought a polo 1.4 Comfort liner 2014 model from them, I paid extra R5000 for a complete registration, I drove off from dealership with a permit on my rear window and permanent number plates on the car. I was stopped by traffic officer and told me to remove the number plates as the permit was in operation, the plates were thrown away awaiting the new ones from dealership, later on I was told to make new number plates only to find out it same plates that were thrown away and that they will refund me the costs, I have forwarded them the receipt and a picture of the new plates but they don't want refund me my money. I want my money back Mr Jared
