Your service is pathetic

If i could give zero stars then I would. I’ve sent countless emails to countless addresses only to be ignored. The one reply that I did get, didn’t even address my concern. I wish I checked the reviews before getting a membership because i would have known that getting a response is something I’d have to dream of. You guys are so quick to say that a debit order didn’t go through and I owe you money, but I can’t get a simple email after sending 5 at this point. It’s quite pathetic and I can’t wait until my membership is over so I can be with a gym that has better service. Your service is awful. Do better. I will not recommend this gym to others until I see change because this is actually nonsense.
