Worst service ever, No empathy, disgusting

Not happy at all.

I had informed them last year September twice about my injuries, how I wont be able to gym anymore , and asked them how to go about it. They acknowledge my request but never get back to me it sometimes takes 2 weeks for them to actually respond and this was urgent. I then followed up in November and the same thing happened, when I reached out in Jan I then got fed up because while they were requested to freeze my account they continued to bill me, failed to give me direction and now they wanna assist me but only now that my bill has racked up R2000 fees WOW!!!!!!! This is so insincere considering my situation and just downright neglectful they CLEARLY do not care about their members! I even sent proof and still im getting the same mono tone response. DONE!
