Worst gym, worst staff, worst maintenance, DONT GO HERE

Hello Ignite Fitness SA, specifically Ignite Fitness Green Acres. You first told us we were signing a year contract, only to be placed under a “12 to 24 month” contract, which didn’t expire after 12 months. We paid two full f***ing years, while trying to get out of it. You told us our contract ended in February, only to bill us two months later after TELLING US THAT THE CONTRACT IS OVER IN FEBRUARY. You never once mentioned anything about a carry over fee that we have to cancel, you completely blindsided us, and now you want to take the legal route? To ***** us over for more money? Money you don’t even spend on your ****ty gym with broken equipment and no air conditioning or plans for loadshedding? Going to gym has been nothing but a disappointment every single time, and that’s why we stopped going but continued having to pay because of the contract you put us in without explaining the terms and conditions properly. You also charge a RIDICULOUS amount of money to end a contract. We are so tired of your s***. Honestly the worst gym I have ever been to in this town, and I deeply regret giving up on Viva because of you. Whatever you do, don’t waste time at this establishment. They’re a bunch of ****mers.
