WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

What a terrible experience. When I first joined, I was double debited for the amount of R500. In which their system was to blame.

Upon my contract expiring. I was told I'd be notified. In which I was not, apparently my email address was changed (which I did not do). So now I have to pay an extra R255 because I was moved to a month month contract.

The gym itself (in Randburg) has no generators. So you literally can't see anything during load shedding and the saunas never work.

The aesthetics of the gym do look nice but the admin is a total mess. Goodluck if you're joining! I don't want anything to do with Ignite fitness ever again.
