very disappointing

I wish there was a selection for no stars..... In late November I was absolutely humiliated by a member of Ignite. I was so upset I left. I requested to cancel my membership due to this treatment. I was **** to and informed when signing up that I have a month-to-month contract NOT a year contract. I specifically said I will not sign up for a year contract. I was then told don't worry it's month to month - now I get told no sorry I have a penalty fee. If this was the case I would have NEVER signed up. I am so upset just due to disappointment. I really thought they would be different. I have learned my lesson if you are overweight do not even think of going to Ignite. They do not want you there and if you are there they just pull you further down.
