I visited Ignite Fitness at Rosebank mall. The consultant gave a package of R410.00 from 1st June to 1st August, then from 1st September the monthly charged would be R610.00 for the rest of the contract (1 year). I received a message from Absa with the amount of R610 monthly from the 1st, but it doesn't specify the month.

I called the consultant back and she told me that the payment would be R410.00, but how if you already settled the wrong value? The conversation differs from the contract and I should wait to see what happens to be refunded. So, I didn't even start gym and I'm already frustrated. I sent an email to the head office in CPT and manager at Rosebank. So far, nobody from Ignite contacted me.
