We have zero aircon and there have been members who have thrown up and fainted from the extreme heat. Opening a door inside the cycling room in the ass end corner is not going to create air circulation. If the air is hot outside it's going to be hot inside. Simple common sense. I pay for a gym membership and I can't even get proper aircon? It stinks like a sweat shop in there it's disgusting. And unhygienic too. And the amount of times head office has said to me your membership isn't paid is ridiculous, it's on a ****** debit order. My profile has shown red for the past 4 months when I go to the gym. It only showed green for 3 days then back to red. Head offices pathetic service is now reflecting badly on the gym employees. Because they know about as much as the members. Pull up your ****** socks and do your ****** job. And if nothing is done about the aircon and hygiene situation I will take things further. Your quick to tell me my membership isn't paid (which it is) but not quick to fix the issues within the gym. You want my money but you can't deliver for a service I pay for.
