Unprofessional accounts IGNITE FITNESS

We cancelled out Ignite Fitness account in January 2021. I have correspondence where I requested if anything is in place and up to date for the cancellation. I was told that they will come back to me. We never received any communication around outstanding fees. Today, I got an email from Ignite, saying they have no alternative, but to list a dispute, FOR R300!!!!!! I have not received calls, and when they gave me the nr they called me on, it was wrong. NOW, I have a dispute on my account for R300 and I was never contacted!!! How petty and unprofessional.
