UNHAPPY WITH TREATMENT RECEIVED FROM IGNITE FITNESS

The consultants from Ignite Fitness came to my daughter Keitumetse Matjila's academic institution(EDUVOS) marketing their GYM. They made them join the gym and told them that they have 5 working days to cancel if they are no longer interested, Keitumetse and her friend cancel within that period but now they receive threatening emails that they are owing Ignite Fitness. I have trail of emails between my daughter and them. She is so frustrated. Can you please investigate matter.
