*****ulent gym and staff

I was made to sign a gym membership after duress when I was under the impression that I was purchasing a week pass. After making payment of R200 I was then sent a contract via WhatsApp two weeks later. I tried several times to cancel this contract with no luck. This excuse of a gym then proceeded to debit me twice a month. R430 on the 25th and R380 on the 1st of each month. Frustrated, I finally got ahold of their retention consultant Jessica Malgas, who assured me on the 1st of April 2025 that my membership was indeed cancelled (I have this email). Fast forward to the 25th of April 2025, I was debited an amount of R432 and again on the 30th of April 2025 an amount of R380.

Looking at google reviews and Hello Peter reviews, it is clear as day that this company is not only *****ulent but a ******* and ********* establishment !!!! To make things worse, I’ve never set foot inside their gym nor do I have any desire to!! STAY AWAY or you will regret it because they are nothing but ****mers
