Truly an evil company

I cancelled my account in March 2021. Unfortunately, I don't stay on top of automatic deductions, but when I noticed again over a year later (November 2022 - not having visited the gym a SINGLE time), I called in again to cancel and was told to expect a refund.

The refund never arrived. Figuring they are just another shady company, I followed up a couple more times by email, and then let it go.

November 2024, I start getting calls from an equally diabolical collection agency called VVM, who repeatedly calls and SMSs a demand for a 'cancellation fee' from Ignite. So, not only do they not honour the refund owed to me, they have the gall to say I owe them money instead.

After multiple calls and emails with Ignite and VVM (they were harassing me with calls as many as 4 times a day), Ignite finally tells VVM that no payment is due. Story finished? Sure, they have still ****** money from me, but I can at least expect the harassment to stop.

Not so lucky. The calls and SMSs from VVM continue.

Bottom line: if you want to enter a irrevocable pact with the devil, sign a contract with Ignite. They and their gestapo footsoldiers VVM will surely make your life a living hell.
