Terrible service

I have been a member of the gym for a while now and I decided to cancel my membership I called the gym for the cancelation to my surprise I have been notified that I have been signed up for the 24 month membership and not the 12 month membership I called the head office and they told me that I must pay the remaining balance of the membership before they could cancel my subscription I was so surprised to hear that.... Please I wouldn't recommend anyone to make use of ignite Fitness centre because they simply won't be the best to your advantage
