Terrible experience at Ignite Fitness, Milnerton, Cape Town

Very disappointed with the service of this gym. I need to cancel my contract because I'm moving away and when I ask them about canceling my contract they became so disinterested in helping me and gave me the run around of who to speak to. I eventually got hold of someone who then informed me that my cancelation fee is R2720. When I asked why they never informed me of the high cancelation fee, I was told "it's in the fine print". For a gym to charge people such high rates for membership and even higher rates for cancelation is absolutely ludicrous! Don't be fooled by this company, they are super sneaky at roping you into signing a contract and then makes it almost impossible to leave, even if it's for legitimate reasons.
