Stop *****ing money from my account

Worse service i have ever encountered. I had signed the membership in February 2021 for Southgate outlet. The gym was being refurbished and many promises were made that the gym would open sooner. It took the whole year for the gym to open. In February 2022 i went to Southgate outlet to cancel my membership since the gym never opened as promised. A guy called Siya assisted me with the cancellation process, i signed all the forms that i had to sign. He also promised to refund my R99.00 joining fee as expected since the gym never operated within the agreed time as stipulated in the " 1 year contract". Instead of the company refunding my R99.00, they are trying to debit more than R400.00 from my account. I have received countless emails and calls asking me to make payment. What payment? A payment for a service that was never rendered? How ridiculous is that. I need my R99.00 back and for the company to stop the ********** activity of trying to ***** my money.
