Selling customer data

My sister and I were both members of the Ferndale club, we cancelled our memberships in 2024 Before the gym abruptly closed. They sold our contacts to Virgin Active And The gym company because we have since been receiving calls from there. We weren't their clients anymore, we ddnt owe them anything either and this data was not theirs to sell, very ********* brand in addition to all the other bad reviews you are still to see....
